basan Group operates several cleanrooms in Europe that conform to Class 100 / ISO 5. 

In these cleanrooms we handle and customize products complying with the highest standards to meet your special requirements.For example, products that are not originally cleanroom compliant can be cleaned and packaged for use in a cleanroom. We can also customize or pack existing cleanroom products to adapt them to your individual needs.

• Clean air washing of products for use in cleanrooms
• Re-packaging of bulk products in smaller packing units or sizes
• Packaging of single items in bulk packages
• Assembly of individual garment sets (i.e.: sets consisting of coveralls, boots and gloves)

All kinds of cleanroom paper can be cut, air-cleaned and packed in almost any size including continuous forms.

We also pack items that are originally not « clean », i.e., boxed powderfree gloves or BIC® pens. These items have to be packed in bags to meet cleanroom protocol requirements.
