ClearKlens - new powerful range of sterile disinfectants for the Pharmaceutical and Life Science industry

KRIFTEL, 27nd February 2009 -- JohnsonDiversey has launched ClearKlens, a new comprehensive range of sterile disinfectants designed specifically for the needs of the pharmaceutical and life science industries.

The comprehensive product range includes everything from ready to use sterile sprays to single dose bottles. The complete range of sterile disinfectants are fully compliant with the Biocidal Product Directive (BPD) and manufactured to GMP standards. They are supported by full technical documentation and meet all relevant EN standards.

Trigger Spray Delivery System

The 900ml ready to use trigger sprays have a specially designed anti-suck back delivery mechanism to protect the contents of the bottle for months of in use shelf life. The system encompasses a bag in bottle and breather hole which together ensure no air is sucked back into the product as you use the spray.

The ready to use solution is diluted with Water for Injection (WFI) removing the need for point of use dilution.

The ClearKlens product series is manufactured in an ISO Class 5 (Class A) environment within an ISO Class 7 (Class C) background. The sterile products are 0.2 micron filtered, Sterile filled, Double Bagged and where applicable Gamma Irradiated. The ClearKlens product range is fully batch traceable and sterility tested, the Alcohols are also Endotoxin tested.

Johnson Diversey has selected basan, the cleanroom company, as their distributor of the ClearKlens series in Germany, Benelux, France and Italy.
