5th basan cleanroom forum very successful

The response to the 5th basan cleanroom forum for the pharmaceutical industry, which took place on 26 September 2006, was very positive.

Some 100 users and decision-makers participated in this very informative event, including discussions with experts and colleagues from other firms on practical measures for minimising contamination caused by human beings in the cleanroom environment.

The relevance of the topics and the quality of the presentations fulfilled the high expectations of the participants and proved once again that basan has its "ear on the market".

The focal points of this year’s forum were as follows:

- cleanroom fabric and its technical and functional characteristics

- suitable clothing for the cleanroom class

- correct cleaning and decontamination of clothing

- correct behaviour of the cleanroom staff, and

- continuing and continuous training of staff.

The basan cleanroom forum has become established as an important discussion platform in the pharmaceutical industry and will be held again next year with up-to-date topics and high-quality presentations.
